Better Programs, Inc. was founded in 1985 and released the first version of TURBO-Lease in 1987. Since that time, over 950 unique TURBO-Lease licenses have been sold to equipment leasing and finance companies across the United States and Canada.

TURBO-Lease has been developed specifically for the equipment leasing and finance industry since 1987. The software provides lessor accounting and lease servicing capabilities for companies that manage equipment and vehicle lease portfolios.
