TURBO-Lease seamlessly integrates with OmniFund to automate recurring lease payments by bank account or credit card. Each lease's payment schedule can be used to create recurring payments, and payments received are automatically applied in TURBO-Lease. The integration also supports automated emailed invoices, an online payment portal, and the ability to text or email payment links to customers.
ACH & EFT Payment Processing
The TURBO-Lease ACH / EFT / PAP Processing add-on allows you to initiate direct withdrawals from customer bank accounts. Create NACHA-standard ACH files for U.S. processing or 1464-byte and 80-byte EFT files for Canadian processing, then upload the files to your bank. Payments are automatically applied in TURBO-Lease
Automated Invoice Delivery
The TURBO-Lease Emailed Billing add-on allows you to send PDF invoices to multiple customers at once. Invoice emails include a customizable subject and message and can be sent through Outlook or web-based email. This provides an efficient alternative to preparing and sending individual customer invoices.
Invoices, Statements & Coupon Books
TURBO-Lease can generate traditional customer invoices, statements and payment coupon books for equipment and vehicle lease portfolios. Multiple formats are available for companies or customers that prefer paper-based billing.
